At The Boot Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn items back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
